Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Services
Note: Under Medicare/skilled home health guidelines, CHHA services are provided on a intermittent, visit-by-visit basis to assist patients who are receiving active skilled nursing or therapy services.
Our Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients with personal hygiene and physical mobility while recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery. These visit-based services ensure patient safety and comfort as part of an active clinical treatment plan.

Assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming during clinical recovery visits
Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to the supervising RN
Support with prescribed exercise programs under physical therapy guidance
